Pricing

I currently only take self-pay clients. I will be able to accept insurance soon. Initial intake sessions are $250. Individual therapy sessions are $175/hour. I offer sliding scale upon request and availablility.

Population

I serve adolescents and young adults with some exception. If you are interested please reach out and we can discuss if we are a good fit.

Location

I see clients both virtually and in-person. In-person sessions are located in Grayslake by appointment only.

Modalities

I use a variety of therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, somatic strategies, and polyvagal theory. My primary modalities are IFS, EMDR, and polyvagal theory.
